Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup diced cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Salad Base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed peas, cheddar cheese, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion. - Make the Dressing:
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth. - Combine & Chill:
Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend. - Serve & Enjoy:
Give the salad a final stir before serving. Best enjoyed chilled!
