Ingredients:
Broccoli florets
Cooked bacon slices, crumbled
Sweetened dried cranberries
Sliced almonds
Finely chopped red onion
Dressing:
Mayonnaise
Apple cider vinegar
White sugar
Black pepper
Instructions:
Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine Salad: In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, crumbled bacon, dried cranberries, almonds, and red onion.
Toss: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Serve: For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving. Toss again just before serving.
