⏳ Slow Cooker Spaghetti Bolognese

📝 Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, grated
1 celery stalk, diced
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb spaghetti
Grated Parmesan, for serving

Brown the Beef In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until no pink remains. Drain off fat and transfer beef to the slow cooker.
Add Veggies Stir in diced onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, and diced celery.
Build the Sauce In a bowl, whisk together crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour over the meat and vegetables.
Slow Cook Cover and cook on Low for 6–8 hours or High for 3–4 hours.
Prepare the Pasta About 20 minutes before serving, cook spaghetti to package directions until al dente. Drain.
