Simple Beet & Lemon Juice for Cleansing and Weight Support
A refreshing blend of beet, lemon, and veggies that’s easy to make and packed with nutrients.
🥤 Ingredients
6 kale leaves
3 carrots, peeled
2 red apples, chopped
1 beet, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
2.5 cm piece of fresh ginger
1–2 cups cold water
Ice (optional)
🧃 How to Make It
Wash and chop all ingredients.
Add everything to a blender with 1 cup water. Blend until smooth.
Strain through a sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.
Stir, add ice if you like, and serve fresh.
🧊 Storage
Keep in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Shake before drinking.

Avoid if you have ulcers, kidney issues, or take blood thinners.
