Simple Beet & Lemon Juice for Cleansing and Weight Support

A refreshing blend of beet, lemon, and veggies that’s easy to make and packed with nutrients.

🥤 Ingredients

  • 6 kale leaves

  • 3 carrots, peeled

  • 2 red apples, chopped

  • 1 beet, peeled

  • 1 lemon, peeled

  • 2.5 cm piece of fresh ginger

  • 1–2 cups cold water

  • Ice (optional)

🧃 How to Make It

  1. Wash and chop all ingredients.

  2. Add everything to a blender with 1 cup water. Blend until smooth.

  3. Strain through a sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.

  4. Stir, add ice if you like, and serve fresh.

🧊 Storage

  • Keep in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 days.

  • Shake before drinking.
