Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs

A quick and easy recipe that results in a protein-packed, savory dish. Perfect for breakfast or a light meal!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

    1. Preheat Oven:
      • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
      • Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
    2. Mix Ingredients:
      • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, chopped chives, salt, and black pepper.
