Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese

 

Ingredients:

Garlic Bread:

  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan  cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Shrimp Filling:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Sandwich:

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  •  Butter for grilling

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Garlic Bread:
      • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
      • In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley. Spread evenly on both bread halves.
      • Bake on a sheet for 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy.
    2. Cook the Shrimp:
      • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
      • Season shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Set aside.
    3. Assemble & Grill:
      • On one garlic bread half, layer shrimp and Monterey Jack  cheese. Top with the other half.
      • Heat a skillet with butter over medium heat. Grill the sandwich 3–4 minutes per side until cheese melts and bread is golden.
      • Slice and serve immediately.
