Recipe (Non-Alcoholic Version):

Bring the magic of a frosty winter wonderland to your holiday table with this stunning, non-alcoholic punch. Its shimmering icy-blue hue and refreshing citrus sparkle make it the centerpiece of any celebration. Sweet, tangy, and delightfully fizzy, it’s a drink that will enchant guests of all ages.

Yields: About 12 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups lemonade, chilled

  • 2 cups pineapple juice, chilled

  • 1 cup blue Hawaiian Punch or blue sports drink (e.g., Gatorade), chilled

  • 1 liter (about 4 cups) lemon-lime soda (Sprite, 7UP, or Sierra Mist), chilled

For Serving & Garnish:

  • Ice cubes (or Frozen Lemonade Cubes* for a flavor boost that won't dilute the punch)

  • Optional for Rimming: White sanding sugar or silver edible glitter

  • Garnish Ideas: Fresh lemon slices, frozen blueberries, raspberries, or fresh mint sprigs

*To make Frozen Lemonade Cubes: Simply pour prepared lemonade into an ice cube tray and freeze solid.

Instructions

1. Combine the Base:
In a large punch bowl or a pretty glass pitcher, combine the chilled lemonade, pineapple juice, and blue Hawaiian Punch. Stir gently to mix and create a uniform, beautiful blue color.

2. The Grand Finale:
Just before your guests arrive, slowly pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda. This preserves the bubbles for a sparkling presentation. Add the ice cubes or frozen lemonade cubes.

3. Serve with Style:
For an extra festive touch, rim your glasses by dipping the rims in a little lemon juice or water, then into white sanding sugar or edible glitter. Ladle or pour the punch into glasses and garnish with a lemon slice or a few frozen blueberries.

Serve immediately and enjoy the sparkling, merry magic!

Chef's Notes & Variations

  • For an Adult Version: To transform this into a festive cocktail, add 1 cup of coconut rum, white rum, or vodka to the base mixture in Step 1.

  • Make-Ahead Tip: You can mix the lemonade, pineapple juice, and blue drink base several hours in advance. Keep it chilled in the refrigerator. Add the soda and ice only at the very last moment to maintain the signature fizz.

  • Fruit Ring Ice Mold: For a spectacular, non-diluting ice block, create a fruit ring in a Bundt pan with lemon slices and berries, fill with lemonade or water, and freeze.
