- 1 pound dried green split peas, rinsed
- 1 meaty ham bone, 2 ham
Directions
- Layer Ingredients: Place all ingredients in the slow cooker in the order listed, starting with the split peas and ending with the chicken broth. Do not stir.
- Cook: Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours, until peas are very soft and ham falls off the bone.
