Fresh okra pods
Olive oil

Preheat Oven Set to 400°F (200°C).
Prep the Okra Wash, dry, and trim ends. Slice lengthwise.
Season Toss okra with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
Roast Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.
