Salt and pepper, to taste
Sumac or paprika, for sprinkling

Instructions:
Prepare the Veggie Topping:
In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, garlic, and olives (if using).
Drizzle with olive oil, then add oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.
Stir in fresh herbs and set aside.
Assemble the Hummus Platter:
Spread hummus evenly on a serving platter or shallow bowl.
Spoon the veggie mixture over the hummus.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with sumac or paprika and toasted pine nuts (if using).
Garnish with extra fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
